VP Finance and Operations, Treasurer: Civic Fidelity Inc.
As the treasurer and financial planning officer, I research and develop business strategies, write business documentation, and finding markets and opportunities for Ci-Fi's Open Source Development capabilities in Fredericton New Brunswick and beyond. I also use my experience and education to provide client consultation opportunities for Civic Fidelity.

Community Consultation and Research Coordinator: University of New Brunswick, Saint John
As the principle researcher and coordinator of community consultations, this position oversees a variety of aspects of this civic engagement project, such as providing initial and ongoing research on community issues, general promotion, funding research and activities, organization and process development, and follow up and feedback of the consultations and their developments. I also worked with a number of individuals at the UNBSJ campus, as well as various community organizations and leaders in the Saint John region.

Policy Analyst: Province of New Brunswick/Executive Council Office
As a policy analyst, my duties include keeping up to date on relevant education research and data analysis, working with various directors, Deputy Ministers, and other civil servants, and producing sound policy that meets the needs of pupils, teachers and schools while keeping in line with the vision of the Premiere of New Brunswick. My main project was to produce a report on the state of civic education in the province and recommend improvements.

Governor: University of New Brunswick Board of Governors
As the democratically elected student representative on the final decision making body at UNB, this position oversees the direction of the university community and involves making decisions on the strategic growth and development of the largest university in New Brunswick. I sat on the Finance Committee, which oversees the $200M budget of UNB, and currently sit on the External Relations Committee, which oversees the Donor, Alumni and Media Relations and Promotions branches of UNB.

As the Chief Financial Officer of UNB’s student newspaper, this position oversees the budgetary and employment responsibilities of this non-profit organization. With an annual budget of over $200K, The Brunsiwickan has a staff of 10.
